Ensuring that emails from eCardWidget arrive in the inbox and are not marked as spam is crucial for smooth communication. Below are step-by-step instructions to whitelist all eCardWidget email domains in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at the organization level.


Whitelisting eCardWidget Emails in Google Workspace (G Suite)

Step 1: Sign in to Google Admin Console

  1. Go to https://admin.google.com and log in with your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing, and Malware.

Step 2: Add eCardWidget to the Allow List

  1. Scroll down to Email Allow List.

  2. Click Edit or Add.

  3. Enter the following domains:

    • ecardwidget.com

    • m.ecardwidget.com

    • pm.ecardwidget.com

    • sg.ecardwidget.com

    • Or use *.ecardwidget.com to cover all subdomains.

  4. Click Save.

Step 3: Bypass Spam Filters for eCardWidget Emails

  1. Go to Gmail Settings > Compliance > Content Compliance.

  2. Click Add a Rule.

  3. Under Description, enter "Allow eCardWidget Emails".

  4. Under Email Messages To Affect, select "Inbound".

  5. Click Add Condition > Advance Content Match.

  6. Choose Sender Header Matches Regex and enter:

    .*ecardwidget\.com$
  7. Under Actions, select Bypass spam filtering.

  8. Click Save.

This ensures all emails from eCardWidget arrive in inboxes without being marked as spam.


Whitelisting eCardWidget Emails in Microsoft 365 (Outlook for Business)

Step 1: Sign in to Microsoft Defender Security Center

  1. Visit https://security.microsoft.com and log in as an admin.

  2. Navigate to Email & Collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat Policies.

  3. Click Anti-spam policies.

Step 2: Add eCardWidget to Allowed Senders List

  1. Click Allowed and blocked senders and domains.

  2. Click Edit > Add Allowed Senders and Domains.

  3. Enter the following:

    • ecardwidget.com

    • *.ecardwidget.com (to allow all subdomains)

  4. Click Save.

Step 3: Modify Safe Lists in Exchange Admin Center

  1. Click Mail Flow > Rules.

  2. Click Create a new rule.

  3. Name the rule "Allow eCardWidget Emails".

  4. Under Apply this rule if…, choose The sender's domain is….

  5. Enter:

    • ecardwidget.com

    • m.ecardwidget.com

    • pm.ecardwidget.com

    • sg.ecardwidget.com

  6. Under Do the following…, select Modify the message properties > Set the spam confidence level (SCL).

  7. Set SCL to -1 (bypasses spam filtering).

  8. Click Save.

This ensures that all emails from eCardWidget arrive in inboxes without being filtered as spam or junk.

  • Send a test email from eCardWidget to verify delivery.
