When you upload an image to your ecard, there are no max dimensions; however, it's important to note that if the height or width of the image go over 1500 pixels, we automatically resize and compress the images down. To obtain the best quality, we would recommend avoiding resizing if possible.

Here are the official requirements:
​File types: JPG, GIF, and PNG
​Max filesize: 1MB
​Image Dimensions: Height and width no greater than 1500 pixels

Your image can be landscape, square, portrait, whatever you'd like.

Although you don't need to worry about max dimensions when you upload an image, if you use the ecard design tool, the dimensions are always 800 x 600 pixels, and the image will not be resized.
