eCard Widget does not have a built-in RSVP feature, but there are two easy solutions to add an RSVP option to your eCard invitations.

Primary Solution: Add RSVP text instructions

  1. Edit your eCard email template: Access your eCard email template in eCard Widget and start editing it.

  2. Add RSVP text instructions: Insert a line in the email text, such as "Please reply to this email with your RSVP" or "Let us know if you'll be attending by responding to this email."

With this solution, recipients can simply reply to the email to provide their RSVP answer.

Alternative Solution: Use Google Forms for RSVP

  1. Create a Google Form for your event RSVP: Customize the form according to the details you need from your guests.

  2. Copy the Google Form link: Once your form is complete, click on the "Send" button in the top right corner of the Google Forms page. In the pop-up window, click on the link icon and copy the provided link.

  3. Edit your eCard email template: Access your eCard email template in eCard Widget and start editing it.

  4. Add RSVP text and link: Insert a line in the email text, such as "Please RSVP by clicking here" or "Click here to let us know if you'll be attending."

  5. Turn the text into a link: Highlight the text you want to turn into a link and click on the "Insert/Edit link" button in the text editor toolbar. Paste the Google Form link you copied earlier into the "URL" field and click "OK."

With this alternative solution, recipients can click on the link and fill out the Google Form to RSVP for your event. These simple options allow you to add RSVP functionality to your eCard invitations without the need for a built-in RSVP feature in eCard Widget.
