With the Automated Birthday eCards feature, you can ensure no birthday goes unnoticed, providing a personalized touch automatically, without the need for daily management.

Accessing Automated Birthday eCard Settings:
Directory List Page: Navigate to the Directory list page in your account.
Automated eCard Settings Button: Above the list, you will find a button labeled "Automated eCard Settings." Click this to access the settings.
Configuring Automated Birthday eCards:
Pop-Up Window: Upon clicking the settings button, a pop-up will appear with various options.
Enable Automated Birthday eCards: You'll see an option titled "Send Automated Birthday eCards" with a toggle next to it. Next to the toggle, there is a gear icon for configuration.
Configure Before Enabling: Before enabling the automated eCards, click the gear icon to configure the settings.
Card Selection: Choose from available birthday eCard designs.
Personalization: Configure the time of day, time zone, and sender’s details. Add personalized messages that can include the recipient's name automatically.
Exclusions: Specify if there are any team members who should not receive these eCards.
Save and Enable: After configuring the settings, return to the previous menu to toggle on the "Send Automated Birthday eCards" option. This action activates the automated sending of birthday eCards according to your settings.
Monitoring and Adjustments:
Once enabled, monitor the automated system to ensure it operates smoothly. Adjust settings as needed based on feedback or changes in your organization’s structure or policies.
